South Shore Reign is a nonprofit youth softball organization dedicated to developing confident young women through the power of competitive team sports. We believe athletic excellence begins with strong character, academic commitment, and a passion for serving others.

Our mission is to provide a positive, challenging, and inclusive environment where every athlete is encouraged to reach her full potential — on the field, in the classroom, and within her community. We hold our players to high standards of sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, accountability, and academic achievement, because success extends far beyond the game.

Led by a women-led board of military veterans, educators, and experienced nonprofit community leaders, we are committed to instilling resilience, integrity, discipline, and a spirit of service in every athlete. We create opportunities for our players to give back through volunteerism, community outreach, and mentorship, fostering a lifelong commitment to leadership and civic responsibility.

Founded in 2026, South Shore Reign is built on the belief that together we are stronger. We develop not only exceptional softball players, but confident young women prepared to lead with purpose wherever life takes them.
